I got home from a long day at work and I felt the need to run and do some workout. And I know I haven’t fully been clear but I used to workout every single day and it’s driving me absolutely crazy. I feel the need to raise my adrenaline.
Now there has been one main issue. When I got home I laid down on the bed and I was getting dizzy and I was having a bit of trouble. I took my EKG and it was Tachycardia (Resting about 120 beats per minute). But I decided to just roll through it, drank some water and I did a workout.
I aimed for a 20 minute workout but I was already feeling some symptoms so I opted for a 16 minute workout. I started off with some light cardio and some stretching and then I did some running. I think I ran about 14 minutes.
My muscles were very sore and I started to throw up right after running. I could not catch my breath while running and I was dizzy. I took a 5 minute rest and then I decided to take my EKG just for fun and it was unclassified resting at 148 and this was sitting, not even the workout. I sent it to whatever doctor they have on the app and I will see what they say.
Overall the headaches were still there and I was still feeling some symptoms but I feel like todays workout was way better than yesterdays so that is a plus.
Tomorrow, if my body responds properly. I am thinking of taking the workout, outside somewhere either running in the field or going for a long walk. I might even just do that at lunch. So I guess we will see.
I will explain the EKG app in a later post. I just received it today so it has been a bit of a trial. Once it is set then I will discuss it more.
For now, I am going to take a shower and then lie down.
