Anti-Inflammatory Water

Stomach is swelling (endo) 

This is a short piece on two recipes for Anti-Inflammatory Water.

I tend to use this water when I suffer from Endo flares. As my stomach likes to expand and I am always bloated…I live for these two types of Anti-Inflammatory Water’s.

Anti-Inflammatory Water 1:

  • 1 Liter Water.
  • 1/4 cucumber sliced.
  • 1/4 TBS Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 a lemon sliced
  • 1 TBS Cinnamon Stick

(This is what I use for severe bloating days). It is a bit spicy so I tend to drink more regular water mixing this).

Anti-Inflammatory Water 2:

  • 1 Liter Water
  • 1/4 Cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 Lime sliced
  • 1/2 a lemon sliced
  • 1 TBS Cinnamon Stick
  • 3-4 Mint Leafs.

(This is the one I use for most of the other days. Along with drinking regular water).

Also on bloating days I stay away from coffee and tea.

I hope this helps others suffering.

Make sure to drink a full liter (Plus more water).

You should be peeing clear by the end but in the end it is worth it.
