So this week is Mental Health Week. I will try and do a few things this week in order to support and have others be aware.
Today is just a brief update.
I have seen a psychologist, psychiatrist and psychotherapists over the few years. Right now is when I need one the most.
This week I will open up about everything that is going on, and explain how my mental health is being affected.
I will explain my life with my family/friends/work. I will explain my health mental and physical and so much more.
I aim to have the first post major post out later this evening.
