So as you already may know, I suffer from Overactive Bladder and Interstitial Cystitis.

Both very much a nuisance but worse living through it.

Now. This is a conversation I have a lot of issues talking about. Not because I am uncomfortable with it, especially with how common it is. But more because I don’t understand how to explain it.

So, here is what I go through. Some days, it is completely normal. Other days, are not normal at all.

The worst is when my bladder get’s full I get really bad bladder pain. It is kind of like a dull ache. Sometimes it contracts. To a point I know I need to void my bladder.

There is also an issue with the nerves. Where half the time I don’t feel a need to having to go. So sometimes I can go without any pain or symptoms and then there is a bang where I have an urgent need.

This is one of the reasons I prefer driving my own car and even being independent. A lot of people do not seem to understand the pain that can come of it. So I rather not try to explain it to them.

Even as I am writing this I feel the pain. I drank a lot of diuretics so I am sure this is the reason why it is hurting.

Does Anyone else have any of these two conditions?

Is there anything you do to help ease the pain?
