Accidental Caffeine Attack

So 8/12/2019 – I am not sure what happened. But I think I somehow ingested caffeine. Or something with coffee in it.

While I know I have the allergy I am not quite sure what exactly of the two it is, or if it is both.

But after yesterday’s reaction I am leaning more towards Caffeine over coffee.

I had a large tea at work. And I felt a little drowsy. But I also woke up at 4 am to go into work an hour early to finish some things that needed to be done before 6am.

I left work at 10 to head towards Ottawa where I will be spending the next 2.5 days for a variety of reasons.

On my way, I stopped at Rockaberry and picked up a slice of pie. I ate it before driving. About 30 minutes after eating it, I started to feel drowsy and my eyesight was narrowing.

I continued driving and pulling through.

I could not stop yawning. It was starting to kill me.

I got there early. So I did some Christmas shopping. And normally I am fine to do Christmas shopping but this time I had no motivation.

So I finished and got myself some supper.

I then went to the hotel and checked in. I managed to get all my stuff I needed in the room before I laid on the bed.

This was my biggest mistake. Almost instantly, I was fast asleep. (Around 3pm) and I woke up around 7pm drowsy and I had no idea what I was doing.

I got up and did a few things and then I went back to sleep around 1am and slept until 10.

And still as I am writing this, I am feeling the drowsiness.

This is the main symptoms I have been getting many times with reactions. So now i need to be cautious and figure out what it was that set me off.
