So these past few days I have been dying of exhaustion. Like I don’t think it is possible to be any more tired then I already am.
Now here is the thing. There is one problem. NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
My schedule has remained roughly the same. Maybe a few changes here and there but nothing that I should not be used too.
My eating pattern has also remained somewhat the same. If anything I am eating more consistent and healthier.
My workout schedule is also doing pretty well. I am on the ice 1-2 times a day and doing some off ice training.
But here I am, suffering from extreme exhaustion.
I feel like I’ve been run over by a truck.
What might of not helped was doing a bunch of new things last week that I did not have time to rest from. Suffering from Chronic Pain, when you fall off pattern it makes the body more tired from the stress.
Another part could be because of my spine pain. It hurts so much, that it takes me longer to get to sleep.
Usually I have CBD to help with the pain, but I am all out and won’t have any for a few more days.
This weekend and part of next week it will be time to start retraining my body to get an even healthier schedule.
- My goal is to start my days after 7am (Not earlier)
- Have meals prepped before going to bed.
- Wake up on first alarm clock.
- Have 2-3 20 minute breaks throughout the day.
- Minimize driving.
- Drink loads of water.
- Lay off chocolate (I’ve been addicted to Reese).
- Lay off sugar (Stay with natural diet).
Once all this is sorted out, then I will come back and let everyone know about some updates. And what I was able to fix and not fix.
Anybody have any tips on how to beat Chronic Exhaustion?
